行政院長賴清德今(24)日赴立法院備詢，國民黨立委楊鎮浯拿出駐德代表謝志偉在柏林舉辦國慶酒會的照片，慶祝酒會的橫幅中、德文並列，中文寫著「慶祝中華民國106年慶祝酒會」，德文竟然寫「慶祝一個民主政體的106年生日」，楊鎮浯痛批，從沒有人用過這種方式來表達，「不倫不類」。
楊鎮浯一開始先問賴清德，是否發現紅布條上少了什麼，賴清德說，「委員，我看不懂德文」，楊鎮浯接著說，他也看不懂德文，還特別去請教德國教授，沒想到翻譯出來的結果，竟然是「慶祝一個民主政體的106年生日」，他問賴清德，「根本沒有人看得懂，謝志偉作為中華民國的駐德代表，這樣的翻譯你覺得適當嗎？」
楊鎮浯並說，一個看不懂中文的德國人看到這個布條，會知道是哪個國家在慶祝生日嗎？這是一種猜謎遊戲嗎？還是比照總統蔡英文把中華民國改成「這個國家」？楊鎮浯一再追問，直到質詢時間結束，賴清德最後強調，「會去了解狀況，再來向委員報告。」
台中市一名年約50歲的洪姓男子，2011年間利用當麻豆為由，隨機誘拐年輕的女高中生。就讀高二的小青（化名）聽到後認為這是個機會便答應，不料卻被洪男載到偏僻處拍攝裸照，甚至利用照片威脅發生性行為，事後小青向老師哭訴，洪男惡行才曝光。台中地方法院22日依故意對少年犯強制性交罪，判洪男4年6月有期徒刑。
洪男當時先是以問路為由搭訕小青，再誆稱自己是網路拍攝工作人員，但因約好要拍攝的麻豆臨時沒來，便問她有沒有意願代為拍攝，傻傻的小青認為這是個當麻豆的大好機會，便搭上洪男的車前往太平山區的偏僻處進行拍攝。
怎料到了現場，洪男表示需要先拍裸照試鏡，一番遊說下才讓小青勉強答應，在車內拍下多張裸照並留下聯絡方式。事隔幾天後，洪男告知小青錄取成為麻豆，卻稱第一次拍攝的照片不慎遺失，要求再拍第二次。不料拍完後，洪男見小青長相甜美，竟持裸照逼迫小青以5萬元費用性交易，小青被迫答應，但洪男最後僅付3000元，甚至威脅她不能說出去，否則就要公布她的裸照。
內心懼怕的小青不忍受辱，向老師哭訴並講述整個過程，在老師的陪同下驗傷報警，憤而對洪男提告。洪男到案時辯稱小青是合意性交，甚至檢警追問：「是不是覺得看起來很好騙？」，他竟囂張回答：「有。」經法官進一步追查，才發現在此案之前，洪男也曾以類似手法猥褻一名未成年少女得逞，因此認為洪男故意尋找年幼可欺的少女下手，犯案後又毫無悔意， 依故意對少年犯強制性交罪，處有期徒刑4年6月。
